Clients must first authorize the Fospha App on TikTok Shop. After authorization, the onboarding team will deploy the TikTok Shop connector. This enables data synchronization between the client's TikTok Shop account and Fospha platform.
Follow these steps to complete TikTok Shop authorization:
Step 1: Share the one of the below URLs to Client
This URL corresponds to the Fospha’s App in TikTok Shop in the UK/EU region
This URL corresponds to the Fospha’s App in TikTok Shop in the US region
Step 2: Customer needs to login to TikTok (If not logged in already) and follow the steps shown on screen in order to authorize.
Important: Customer needs to login using the Admin account.
Step 3: Once the customer authorizes, the customer will receive a success message
Otherwise, depending upon where it fails, the customer will see a failure message
